           Founder, Owner & CEO Jeffery Worthy was inspired to start WorthyMoves to help keep young, impressionable black men stay out of the prison system. His goal was to build a company that would provide jobs for his family & friends. Jeffery started his business during the COVID-19 pandemic when the world was stuck inside. With the help of his close friend Shawn, he came up with the idea of driving a truck.  Unsure of how to really begin the support of all his family and friends quickly made WorthyMoves a movement. With his last name as the focal point, providing exceptional customer service and moving experiences in Westen New York this is the beginning of his legacy.

          Jeffery Worthy started WorthyMoves with one pickup truck and in this short time has expanded his business tremendously. Now Owning several trailers to easily provide the most efficient move to his clients. His most recent expansion now allows him to move clients long distances. As the first-generation entrepreneur WorthyMoves has not only changed Jeffery's life but the life of his children.
